America’s Cover Miss® & Cover Boy®,USA is looking for a contestant that has a pretty face, is dressed & groomed neatly and has a great onstage personality. Many Miss America’s and Miss USA’s have gotten their start with Cover Miss®. Here’s your child's opportunity to shine and be in the spot light.
No Experience necessary, anyone can enter.
Every contestant will receive a custom trophy
$40 Beauty (mandatory) There will be a beauty winner and 4 runners-up chosen in each of the 11 age groups. Winners will receive a beautiful crown(Boys win a custom sceptor), title banner, large custom trophy, their $200.00 beauty entry fee paid to the State finals and $25 Cover Miss Bucks to use at state finals. The 4 runners up will receive a large trophy and their $200.00 beauty entry fee paid to the State finals. Contestants not placing will receive a custom trophy. Judging criteria is based on 1-20 facial beauty, 1-20 personality/ projection, 1-20 overall appearance. 0-3yrs will not be judged on modeling ability.
$10 Outfit of Choice (OOC) Anything goes, custom or off-the-rack. A winner in each age group will receive a custom award.
$10 each Most Beautiful/Handsome, Best Dressed and Photogenic winner in each age group will receive a custom Cover Miss/Boy award plaque. Photos can be any size, black & white or color, natural or glitz. No frames please.
$5 each Prettiest hair, eyes, smile & best personality winner in each age group will receive a custom Cover Miss/Boy medallion.
If you win Overall Highpoint Supreme you will not win your age group but can win anything else. Anyone that wins anything or places will receive their $200 Beauty fee paid to state finals. Overall Hi-point supreme will win a large crown, banner, large custom trophy, their $200 beauty fee paid to state finals plus $75 Cover Miss bucks to use at state finals. We will award a 0-3 yr winner and a 4-up winner. You must enter all events to be eligble for Overall Gran Every contestant will receive a custom Trophy. Nobody leaves empty handed! No restrictions on hair or makeup.

All sponsor tickets will be put in a drawing for $25 or $50 Cash.
The winner sponsor does NOT have to be present to win.
130-299 tickets=$25 Cash drawing
300 or more=$50 Cash drawing
Less than 130, tickets will be held over to the next pageant and the winning sponsor will
be notified by phone and mailed their winnings via check.
STAGE FORMATION AND WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
Simple, just go to the X’s marked on the stage and turn at each x. Parents may go on stage with children that cannot or will not go alone. The stage will be set up for a back T and a front T. You can choose what format you like best. Have your child smile and wave at the judges. Just have fun.
Another fun way to enter for FREE……………………………… If you get 4 contestants to come enter the pageant, your preliminary pageant fee will be paid for. Just make copies of this application put your name in “how did you hear about this pageant”. Or, $10 off for each contestant you bring. Get to work now. Set out our brochures at dress boutiques, hair salons, pass out at schools (with permission), send emails, etc.
You can be from any state to compete in our preliminary pageants. Kentucky state finals is open to Ohio, Indiana, Missouri, Minnesota, West Virginia, Virginia, Illinois.
